Founded in 1980 by visionary developer Armando Codina—a major player in the successful development of Miami over the decades—the company’s brand was in need of a refresh as it moved into its next generation of leadership. 

 

To get to the heart of what defines Codina Partners, our discovery involved a deep dive into the culture, clients, partners, and places that made up the Codina Partners universe. These insights became the foundation for the brand’s positioning and values, and anchored its messaging.

 

The brand’s new VIS also emerges from this same foundation, embodying the clarity, timeless elegance and energy that defines Codina Partners’ approach.
